1 Terms of Offer: This Website offers for sale certain products (the "Products"). By placing an order for Products through this Website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. See also Software Agreement & the Training Agreement & FAQ's
2 TaxWise Service Bureau: There is no upfront cost for the onboarding. There are maintenance fees and bank product requirements. A predetermined amount of promo service bureaus may be distributed. For FAQs please click here
3. Tax Software Sales: Refundable within 72 hours of purchase with no returns processed.
III. FINAL SALE POLICY
1 White Label Products: All white-label products purchased through the TMB Tax Bureau website are considered final sales. Once a purchase is made, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Our policy is to however provide up to 3 (three) revisions.
2 Tax Classes: Refundable within 12 hours of access.
3 Mentorship & Digital Products: Non-refundable, no exceptions.
4. Chargeback Policy: Any chargebacks initiated against purchases made on the TMB Tax Bureau website will be aggressively contested. We take chargebacks seriously and will pursue legal action to recover funds and additional damages.
All subscription payments are processed automatically on the billing cycle agreed upon at sign-up. In the event of a failed payment, the system will reattempt billing up to three (3) times within a 3-day period. If payment is not successfully processed after three attempts, the subscription will be automatically canceled. To regain access, the client must contact us directly to request reinstatement.
Reinstatement is not guaranteed and may be subject to current market rates.
b. Processing & Convenience Fees
A 2% processing fee is applied to all charges.A 6% convenience fee is applied to all payments made via credit or debit card.A 1% fee applies to ACH (bank transfer) transactions.
c. Finance Charges on Payment Arrangements
Any approved payment plan or arrangement will incur a 12% finance charge on the balance due. These fees and charges are non-negotiable and are disclosed prior to billing.
V. WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1 Proprietary Rights: TMB Tax Bureau has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products. Unauthorized use of the material may violate copyright, trademark, and/or other laws.
2 Third-Party Links: Any links to third-party websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. TMB Tax Bureau does not endorse the contents on any such third-party websites.

XI. GENERAL TERMS
Access to all training programs, portals, and associated content is subject to an annual reset and system update on June 1st
each year. To maintain uninterrupted access: Renewal payment is required by June 1 for continued use of the updated content and tools.If payment is not received by the deadline, access will be paused until the renewal is completed. This ensures participants receive updated resources, refreshed content, and continued eligibility for automation upgrades and training tools.
